1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LITFX Academy’s online platform, services, and content.
1.2. LITFX Academy is owned and operated by LITFX Academy Pte. Ltd. (Singapore Registration No. 202512781M, located at 10 Anson Road, #33-10C, International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.
3.1. All content provided (videos, PDFs, coaching calls, etc.) is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
3.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal use only.
3.3. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling content without written permission from LITFX Academy is strictly prohibited.
4.1. Course fees and subscription prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time.
4.2. All payments must be made through approved payment gateways.
4.3. By purchasing, you agree to any applicable recurring billing if on a subscription plan.
5.1. 7-Day Trial Cancellation — If you’re on a trial plan, you may cancel your subscription within seven (7) days of initial sign-up to avoid being charged.
5.2. No Refunds After Trial — Once the 7-day trial period ends and billing begins, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or circumstances.
5.3. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; access remains until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds are issued for remaining time.
5.4. Refund eligibility for one-time purchases (if any) will be clearly stated on the course or subscription page. If no refund policy is specified, all sales are considered final.
6.1. You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in unlawful activity, or share offensive content in our community spaces.
6.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.
6.3. Account Sharing & IP Monitoring
Each account is licensed to a single individual only. Sharing login credentials, selling access, or allowing multiple users to log in from the same account is strictly prohibited.
6.4. IP Address Monitoring
To protect our content and community, LITFX Academy may use IP address tracking and other technical measures to detect and prevent account sharing.
6.5. Enforcement
If we find evidence of account sharing or resale, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the account without refund. Repeated violations may also result in legal action.
7.1. Live sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes.
7.2. Access to Discord groups, private channels, or mentorship sessions may be subject to active subscription or course purchase.
8.1. All materials, logos, and brand elements belong to LITFX Academy and are protected under copyright and trademark law.
8.2. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9.1. LITFX Academy and its instructors are not liable for financial losses, trading losses, or any damages resulting from the use of our content.
9.2. We provide education only; you are responsible for your own trading decisions.
10.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
11.1. LITFX Academy may update these Terms from time to time.
11.2. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
